When we fill EE profile they ask for months not specific date. So if u r short of one week it should not make much difference, if ur working hours is more than 1560. But if u r short for one month it will makes difference.

It is upto example we have seen within frnd circles or forums. I have seen my frnd got PR in cec, even though he was short of 2 weeks. So all depends on luck that time. If anyone is in such situation, he shld give a try. In order to get lottery, we need to play for it.

You can think to apply to LMIA, if your salary is of median range(Range of your salary depends on province and area you can cross check on jobbank website). People like us whose workpermit is expired or will be expiring in few months , have no clue what will happen. 2016 is long way to go,So don't worry u have sufficient time. U can create profile in EE as well apply for AINP, which ever comes first. Go for It.

I guess re-evaluation will make more sense for writing and speaking for any one, for listening and reading it is just select your ans from given choices. Considering your case it will be nice if you give exam again. CELPIP re-evaluation takes nearly 4 to 5 weeks.

yes they attested my second and third year copy as well. I dint specified any explanation letter. I am planning to re send those doc again with explanation letter attached and will also notorize second and third year copy.
