I just confirmed by calling OPNP, they said International student with job offer need to meet equal to or greater than low level range specified on site and for foreign worker they have to meet median range for that noc code.

but how we will come to know that at what wages position was approved for certain noc ?

I am here with international student with job offer stream and from site it doesn't mention any such details of wages.

Master and Phd student from Ontario don't even need offer letter, they can apply directly. For students who have done diploma and Post Graduate have to go through same process of pre screening as foreign workers have to. Difference is, in foreign worker stream, Employer have to show recruitment...

Many ppl have applied on mid of july to aug last year, still havnt received any update on prescreening result. They say 90 days, but usually it is around 5 to 6 months for first stage.

If u applied for extension, than currently u r implied status for worker, so it will be fine. so u haven't used ur restoration status yet, so that good. Just for back up, if LMIA comes back, be prepared for paper application of visitor visa.

For LMIA, you need proper status i guess(preferred worker status). I guess u r on implied status right ? u applied for work permit extension ?

If it is stamped on passport, it can be a bit of problem but u can give good explanation to that when you apply for PR. Be frank and say truth that is all immigration like.
