I am not sure though, but u cannot apply BOWP on visitor record. U can extend ur visitor visa. Wait for expert advice.

If u have already file in process for PR, it is better for u to decide which path to go EE or Old system. I guess u can apply in both streams but once ur file gets approved in any of the one stream u have to withdraw other file.

It depends, if he has good score in EE, say above 440. I would rather say wait for ITA. If it is below 400, and there is no other way left to increase his score than Yes he can come as student. After graduation he will get more points, might be within his study permit only he can get ITA if EE...

I think score wont drop too much now suddenly. Because there are lot of people in range of 430 to 480 and on every point will have competition. SO i guess 6th draw will be around 460 to 465.
