    JUNE 2020- SUBMITTED APPLICATION

I am sure there are many of us in the same boat..the biggest worry is that they have done this to meet their KPI/SLA's so that it comes up as Approved in their audit reports and yet the actual generation and issuance of COPR is left in limbo for now. I sincerely hope that's not the case..nor do...

    Urgent question

Call and ask IRCC for a guidance..2 weeks is way less for declining an ITA...Since the time by which you submit your documents etc and AOR comes, you would be over the threshold of invalidity anyway.

    JUNE 2020- SUBMITTED APPLICATION

Typically if you cross the 4.5 to 5 month threshold and one's application is not inordinately delayed for some obscure reason, it's safe to say it might not get rejected. However, a lot depends on criminality and background check as well which typically happens towards the fag end of the...

    What's your AOR sir?

Approved application but no COPR and passport is less than 6 months.

I did not see any specifics on the CIC website for the passport to have at least 6 months validity, mandatory! If someone can paste the CIC link to this specific guideline, it would be helpful.

    JUNE 2020- SUBMITTED APPLICATION

Did you ever get the same update when you spoke to an agent on the phone? Just wondering how much more info does the GCMS notes carry that a Agent is able to see but not reveal due to privacy laws OR they simply don't tell?

    COPR this week?

What he says may make sense..since there might only be 20% of the valid applications pending to be decisioned within the Dec31st timeline...remember this means AOR's which have a date of June 30th or prior...just my interpretation though.
