AOR June 23rd, called IRCC..agent confirmed that Eligibility is 'Recommended Passed', Biometrics was uploased/updated on Oct 27th, results yet to be updated post which Criminality would start.

I think the option is to notify IRCC of the change via a web form which they provide the link for in the profile section. All the best!

I just got a call for Biometrics appointment from a non service Canada number, a non private number..the rep booked just myself in my family of 3 for an appointment on the 27th October at 300pm. He mentioned that the calls for my spouse and son would be separate. AOR June 23.

Thanks for sharing, though I cannot comment on why it should go back to Not Started, my thought would be that - It's actually In Progress...just referred for additional review.

Also, did you ever see Eligibility as In Progress before you ordered notes?
