It would have been true justice to litigants, if court had ordered to process the files of litigants immidiatly on priority basis and the matter of compensation decided later on. But shockingly court has kept the justice denied to longest waiting aspirants. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED ON THE ATTITUDE...

If Justice Bernes favours motion, then following are probable possibilities: 1 Cases filed before 14th june may be settled in six months. 2 cases filed after 14th june may be settled in one year time. 3 The judgement all depend upon the attitude of Laywers & Judge. Let us wait and watch

No body has ever stopped cic to assess files and it is they who have failed in their duty. More over court can question cic why they have assessed 2007 applied case and not of those who applied much earlier in 2004? CIC has completely failed in performing their duty and they should be instead...

Every file is in process as on date. Dont be excited to withdraw feeling you will be processed. You may get shocking news of closing of file in 2013 ist half. wait for it.

what type of hearing is on 23rd of nov? I have read some where two days are kept for this hearing. Hope some crucial decsion/judgement be delivered on that day.

Hi warmest, even if justice shows courtesy for allowing motion of tim let us say in Dec 2012 and advise for case managd in next six months then all of tims clients will see june 2013 for processing. it may go beyond that.But here the chance of win is 50:50. Fingers crossed till then.

Just came to know from my friends circle in canada , 2004 applications which were updated in 2008 will start getting medicals in Dec 2012 except those who are litigants as their cases will take longer time frame. Is their any one who can varify this news.
