From the fedral court website it was noticed that only emem case is moving ahead and updated last untill 12 Dec and none other have any entry after 30 Nov 2012. Why it is so. Does it means only one case will be heared in jan and rest of the cases will follow that.

Minister has decided to induct only and only 3000 applicntions in 2013 and out of that if you are lukiest one to get endorsed is to be seen. Rest of the quota may all go to backlogged cases of M1, MII,MII & Pre fab Litigants.

CIC is obliged to process all files before throwing them in the Ocean.During this process some will survive , some will go deep in the ocean and very few will have to get some remedy for survival.

It is not clear which lead case represents which group of litigants.where as EMAM was originally lead case in rest of the first already won case , There are four more groups of Mr lehay. So in fact there are five groups being undertaken by lehay Any one who can put some light on this imbiguity.

If luck favoured on 14th of jan hearing then litigants who were part of pre 14th june ruling may get favourable ruling and their applications may be seen processed by June 2013. This is only possible if Justice rennie finalise the case after screwing cic.

Hope Tims motion is not getting dust over it and will be cleaned by Justice Bernes staff and put up for direction to cic without further delay.

Why exclude Tim? Is he untouchable.

He is 2005 applicant and updated in June 2012 and as per you he is safe. But waht about those who applied in 2004 & updated in 2008 .Are they safe or unsafe.
