Intresting to note that in 2010 all files pending for processing in Islamabad - Pakistan were transfered to London-UK office, My question to CIC is that bring any results ? or that make it more complicating e.g. Requesting PP1 and PP2 that takes another three months, or medical first goes to Delhi Office than to UK. Make fun or what ?

After five year I received a letter if I am still intrested to proceed with application (if yes) do not reply. another fun with us.

We keep us informed with automatic reply that please wait for your turn which in fact not turn out.

In Simple they do not know what to do therefore they just confused and sat on our files (chair) and processed others.

Warmest these statistics make me really sad because I just found out that my application is one of the only 6 pre 2008 Berlin applications!!
I am so unlucky that Berlin actually finalized 99% of the pre 2008 applications,,,and yet mine is among the 1% nonfinalized applications!!

Oh! That is really sad to know. You have just been left out. A terrible situation actually. I can now understand your frustration.

The statistics that I have presented was obtained from www.data.gc.ca and hence it is reliable. No doubt about it.

Never mind, at last, Justice Barnes's decision will favour you for having waited this long. Pray for it. Don't lose hope after coming this long. You are just there. Just one more hurdle to cross. Then you will be through. I am sure you will make it. Be positive. You already have a lot of 'hope' and I can see that in your name itself ('hopeful4'). Continue to be hopeful. ;D

Why waiting till 30 November 2012? It can even be earlier, may be on 23 November 2012 or even much earlier. Who knows, except Justice Barnes.

On a favourable judgement, the visas should be issued within 4 or 6 months for pre-14 June 2012 litigants and within 1 year for post-14 June 2012 litigants. This is my guess.

Regarding your worry, yes, it is also possible. The judge can either grant or dismiss the plea or postpone ruling on the motion to next year. Anything is possible. Who knows again, except Justice Barnes.

We, as an affected party, can only pray and hope for a favourable ruling. What else can we do? It is not a thing that can be bought or taken away from some one, as a matter of right. Hope you understand.

It will be very kind of his majesty ,Justice Bernes if he deliver his judgement before 30th of this month. But It is highly doubtful that he will do. Certainly he is defending cic without caring for legitimate justice to thousands of backloggers.

Today i got my caips notes...everything is like my previous notes just a new entry is written about my case in federal court.
My ex Bfd was PPS ON 29-6-2012 AND as per new caips my Bfd is PPS ON 15-11-2012.
Except age marks everything is as O.
Interesting and Shocked that there is not a single word that my file has been closed due to operational Law.

Soryy to say that your application will be closed. The fact that there is any note about this, is only perhaps due to the fact that you have not contacted your VO with a direct question concerning the status of your file. In the later case an officer would have added the note after checking your file. BUt since you made no inquiry lately,your file was not opened even for adding the note.

brother i do contacted them in sept/oct2012 to chc london and got their reply that due to operational law ur file is closed,to confirm whether they had mentioned in my latest caips or not i ordered caips in oct28 and surprisingly knew that no line is mentioned about the closing of my file in my caips.

THEN the missing line should simply be a mistake sinc they confirmed to you your application will be closed.
It is not uncommon that caips notes include mistakes

THis is only the future timeline of the lawsuit,,,how the procedures will go on. I Understood that the caips notes for all lead files will be requested . Probably the other points are only about the documents that the lawyers should prepare and present in the above dates.

My Relative circle have informed dat Judgement for litigation will come out just before Xmas leave. But the news is authentic or not , is not sure.
