Test letter is sent through regular mail. And yes it should update on eCas as well but sometimes it won't. It showed on my eCas before the actual letter arrived but there are other members who never had eCas updated....

Don't wait to miss the test. Write a letter to the address provided on the test invite letter at your local office requesting a rescheduling of the test. There have been other members in the past that have rescheduled their test but unfortunately I can't remember the name(s)....

Please also write your name on the back of the photos as per instructions from IRCC...not just on the envelope.

For all members here that have attended the oath ceremony I would like to ask you to help me clarify. On my oath invite letter it states to attend the oath ceremony at 1:30pm. On the website there are three ceremonies that day but none of them are for 1:30pm. They are listed as 9:30am, 12:00pm...

This fee is separate from the $530 which is the plain processing fee and is not refundable. The $100 Right of Citizenship fee is the fee once you are granted Citizenship. If your application is denied you will be refunded the $100.

you will need to send two (2) photos. As per CIC instructions you must write your name on the back of the photos. DOB not needed. But make sure the person who takes photos stamps them as well with the name and address of studio and date. I personally used Purolator but FedEx or UPS works too...

No he is correct. If you read the post it says the old passport expired in September 2016. He got the new passport in August 2016. So the old passport expired after the new passport was issued. No gap as it would only be a gap if the old passport expired before he got a new passport. And...

If your new passport is valid from August and your old expired in September then you tick off NO. Are you requesting signature upon delivery? If yes send it to the 49 Dorchester Street address.

Place the photos for each applicant in a separate small envelope (don't seal it tho) and write the names and DOB on the envelope. Do not use any paper clips or staples.

Your status will only change again once a decision is made. It will not show that you passed your test. So it has only been 2 days since your test....you are still good in time :D
