As far as I know, for a university you need a 4 years under-grad degree whereas B.Com is a 3 year course (I did it from D.U, no idea about other universities).

Your confusion seems to be around the word 'post secondary'. Refer this link to know what is means - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higher_education In India, post secondary means education after class 12th. Hope that helps :)

Go ahead. I got into MISSM program with almost a similar profile exception being the bachelors degree. And if you have appeared for GRE, send the score as well.

This might sound like a goto response for every query related to Concordia but nevertheless contact the university. It's the best way to know the status of your application.
