I have never submitted online admission form before therefore i need help in submitting this form,
I have done Bachelors in Telecommunication Engineering , but what am i supposed to select in these options ?

Does post secondary means my University where i have done bachelors ?

What do the following question means ?

Your confusion seems to be around the word 'post secondary'. Refer this link to know what is means - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higher_education

In India, post secondary means education after class 12th. Hope that helps
