If anyone is interested. i called IRCC this morning and the person I talked to wasn’t aware of that. The agent had to read it while we were on the phone but it appears that this is the case and it looks like everyone now needs to include at least two pieces of proof.

This also crossed my mind. I guess time will tell. In the meantime I need to gather two pieces of proof docs. I’ll give them a call tomorrow morning and will post here what they said
