Sponsorship eligiblity is done fast. However the remaining process takes forever. What makes you concerned by eligibility?

Simple provide an explanation letter and technically you also declare you were outside Canada. So they know it. However, you need to prove you have intention of returning to Canada.

Provided your brother is alone and you are alone in Canada.

Visa office can deny sponsorship; which does not happen frequently. However, they will reassess. In my case they asked the sponsors updated work information, pay stubs and income tax. So in the reassessment there are possibilities. Anything can happen.

Hopefully I get my PPR soon.

Re: How to arrange the package? Ok. First the applications that are requested in the order. Then go through the checklist and it will list all the additional documents and keep that in the same order. After everything is done at last any documents that are not listed.

PPR at VFS is kind of interesting. Most people I know usually had to submit at the embassy directly. I wonder why some people at VFS and some at embassy? any idea?
