Thats ok..keep trying..one fine day you will get a good agent who will definitely help you by sending a note to process your application faster or atleast will let you know where you stand.

Did you try calling CIC to know about your status ?

I think Canada Post is the sole entity to collect out packages and redirects them to other vendors (FedEx/UPS). Even if they don't use Canada Post for Oulanders, there is no harm for them to send out the packages every day. They have been holding our documents for over a month.

I really wish, they could dispatch it today. I am very much stressed out because of this long wait.

Those who have received your passports and CoPR from Ottawa.. Do we get any intimation from CIC that our documents are returned ? or should be depend on the return tracker ? @adi.urban @crazymaverick I could see in whatsapp groups that whoever got their application approved on 15th and 16th Aug...

In your CIC account against Final Decision, the verbiage will be ''Approved'

I think the processing time at Ottawa is faster for the Inlanders when compared to Outlanders. I believe the inlanders send their passports to the PO Box. Anyways, an update from the call i just had. This agent was telling me that the CIC processes our applications and returns the documents...

OMG..CIC definitely need to speed up.

It would have been nice, if they have mentioned the date they would actually return. I believe your tracker will be activated today. Based on what i have read, they have returned the documents mostly on a Friday after 5pm Eastern. They should really revise the word "shortly"
