I didn't fully understand your question on the inclusion of Passport C, but what I know is that IELTS results can be validated by TRF numbers and internal systems. All passports have to be mentioned in the application. Each expiring or renewed passports bear the information of the prior passport...

There are some issues reported and I can recall some one got over with these issues. What they did was click the validate button and then the application would RED color all the information which is missing, this also somehow makes the greyed buttons active. Worth giving a shot !

P.S. : PR card can be used as an ID document (if the secondary Id is issued by government) and not a travel document.

You seem to be getting confused. The second link is for a Canadian Passport requirement.

You are expected to report any and all country (s) (including your country of birth/origin, etc.) you may have visited outside of Canada.
