Please help - express entry profile ineligible

My guess would be that when you enter in work experience that you quit your previous job in 01/2014 and joined the following one in 02/2014, the system considers that you have a gap in between and, therefore, the requirement for at least one year of continuous work experience is not fulfilled...

Shouldn’t be. The worse thing they can do is to count your work experience for the current job only until the date of issue of the reference letter instead of until the date of submission. I guess you have more than enough of experience without those 2-3 months.

Corona Virus Effects on Travelling (Risk of missing landing date)

This is applicable for landing appointments which are only for applicants who are already in Canada; and has absolutely nothing to do with landing procedure at the border. Borders are still open, as you know.

Corona Virus Effects on Travelling (Risk of missing landing date)

This is landing procedure for inland applicants - just to get an appontment at an IRCC office and get your COPR signed there instead of flagpoling or need to exit and re-enter Canada.

They take into account both: NOC and points. You have to have points higher than cutoff of a draw AND your NOC should be included into the draw.

Does ECAS still work in 2020?

ECAS is still used for citizenship and some other kinds of applications, but not for Permanent residency applications (except for paper based, maybe). GCMS replaces ECAS for Express entry several years ago.

Query Regarding proof of funds - Gift deed from parents or relatives

As far as I know, IRCC doesn’t care for the source of money of your donor. So you can make either two separate gift deeds or just one from your father; and IRCC won’t ask you, where your father/aunt got those money from.

Ray of Hope - 139th Draw

There are PNPs who go through Express Entry (and have to satisfy the requirments of one of the EE programs - FSW, CEC or FST), and there are PNPs who go via paper based applications. In my opinion, the EE PNPs are counted in Federal High Skilled batch of the Immigration Levels Plan , while paper...

    SINP ONLINE APPLICATION

I believe that every document which contains name of your employer and your name can count as an additional document for proof of employment. I, for example, attached scientific publications where I am listed as one of co-authors belonging to my employer. As for the pay slips, just apply common...

Two Biometric letters, 1 for BOWP and 1 for EE ...

Just do what IRCC wants from you: if they had sent you a biometrics letter for BOWP, then go and give your biometrics. If (or when) you recieve another BIL for PR later, you'll have to go and give your fingerprints for the second time. There's absolutely no harm in it.
