If we take the distribution of CRS>451 on June 7th (5646+288=5934) and on May 24th (4624+729=5335) that means that the intake rate between these two dates (including 3350 ITAs on May 29th) was (5934-5335+3350)/14=282 per day Which is much higher that it was before (~220 per day).

So, 119th draw was the first one for me after I had entered the pool. Und unfortunately, by the time of the next draw I wi have lost 6 points due to my birthday and will be sitting here with 453 points. It is time to book another IELTS and try to get my 6 points back.
