Hello, Thanks for your reply, I have 69 points and my noc 7245 Is in demand in sinp, So how they invites candidates? They choose, NOC or points cut off, if cut off is 68 points, will I get invitation in NOC 7245?
Please help

They take into account both: NOC and points. You have to have points higher than cutoff of a draw AND your NOC should be included into the draw.

i have done Telecom engineering
I have 7 plus years of experience under NOC 7245 and 7246
as i have engineering degree and this occupation requires college level diploma or apprenticeship
am i good to go under this noc or not??
