In my opinion as you already applied for change of Status you are allowed to be in USA. Did you receive I-797 form? as a receipt or are your requested to go for Biometrics?

I see in the Excel sheet my Oath date is entered as Feb 10 2022. This is a mistake, I did not get the oath yet. I think someone saw my posting/questions which I asked on behalf of my husband who got the oath. Kindly, make a change. I will notify once I get the Oath.

Hey both your applications (as mentioned above) were updated simantaneously? I ask as me and y partner applied in a weeks difference and I applied after him. I got test however he is still at BC-Complete. Your case is much like us but in your case both applicants have similar updates.

I did not get any reply. I was asked to send Passport copy which I did in Mid October. But never got any acknowledgment or reply.

same for my friend. applied in march and stuck on BG Complete since Sep and no test invite nothing. On other hand I applied after him and got my test to complete.
