I am sorry I don't have much information on the test on MS Teams. I recall reading in some forum that when an applicant retakes the test it is on MS Teams and should not have issues if it is outside of Canada. But do not quote me on it. I will try to look for that thread and share it with you.

It is difficult to get hold of live person when we call IRCC. but some times we may get lucky and officer may be able to provide with some information. However, do send a Web form and request them to provide you with more information.

Try to call IRCC and webforms and see if you get any reply.
