    Spouse Open Work permit

You are free to apply but there is no guarantee you will get it. You've been rejected twice. I would say your likelihood of success a third time is low. What wrong information did the lawyer provide?

Just discovered a mistake on Schedule A form :(

It's only misrep if it's material to the case. Likely not in this case. But send a fax or go through the case specific enquiry email to send the updated Schedule A.

    LMO ????

They don't believe that you will leave Canada at the end of your work contract because you have not proved significant ties to your home country or country of residence. The only option you have is to apply for the WP again and to strengthen that part of your application. A positive LMO does...

Work permit - Medical form and passport - Now what?

Where are you from? Chances are that if you require a visa, the Visa office will await the results of the medical and then request your passport for visa stamping.

    Re-Entry with Working Holiday Visa

No, and you hold a PERMIT not a visa. A visa is an entry document required by citizens from countries who are not visa exempt. If you don't require a visa to enter Canada, there is no problem.

    LMO ????

An employer cannot apply for an LMO for a volunteer position that would normally be paid to a Canadian worker. McGill should know this. Is this part of an education program like a fellowship? That's different. You probably need legal advice because it doesn't seem like you are clear about...
