Visa arrived in the post what now?

Our visa arrived in the post we are in Alberta do we need to cross the border and come back to get it stamped? It came with no instructions....

Visa refusal issue

hi there pls help me regarding this matter or any advice. i have received the refusal letter yesterday april 30, 2012. i have notice in the refusal letter that the person stated there is not me. but all the passport,transcript,documents etc is mine. what should i do about this matter. i already call the embassy but they are busy in the processing of other applications which make them un attended. pls help.thanku

Im not to sure i think the best bet would be to try and call them again?

You don't say what kind of visa. Can't tell you what to do until you specify which.
