They always tell me that when I ask for my application. «In queue for review», it means that they receive the file; but not look at it yet.

1- Your parents come as visitors.... A visitor is NOT eligible for OHIP.
2- They will be eligible when they become officially PR and their 3 months waiting period will START at day 1 after they sign for OHIP...
You are a naturalized Canadian and you became Canadian as a dependent (Your parents) since you were under age(minor) at that time. Canadian decent is when your parents or grand-parents were already Canadians when you are born. In your case you were naturalized with your parents sponsorship.

CSQ is a Quebec administrative document not a federal one; neither a travel document. You ONLY need it to receive Quebec public service such as health care card, school, driver license. Since you won't be landing in one of Quebec airport, probably, you won't need it ; but it can be asked.
It depends on how busy they are. Generally it takes from 3 to 8 months and mine took 6 months to receive AR, SA, IVM and PCC check but any news since then....
His file is not moving ahead after Sydney. Still in Mexico VO waiting in line for review since May 2021. Even they have everything Medical, PCC, CSQ, they do not process it.

They are so SLOW. My file was transferred since May 2021 and they do not review it yet even everything is in there: medical, PCC, CSQ. When I send an email, they always reply with " Your file is line for review".

For now.... NO, it's a regular process.... That may change in the future since Quebec wants to be in charge of the sponsorship category like skilled worker.

You don't need a reply; just fixe the issue by using the webform. Once receive, an Agent will update the information. If you don't, probably you will get a PFL which can be too late. Just do it as soon as you realize your mistakes.
