What means " file waiting review"

Hi to all. Got reply from visa office On query that "your file is in queue waiting for review" does this mean that file is complete and does not require any further remedical or pcc. Thanks in advance

No, it means it is awaiting review. That could mean more needed or not.

They always tell me that when I ask for my application. «In queue for review», it means that they receive the file; but not look at it yet.
For me it's been 9-10 months since they keep telling me that.
