Depends, if you need the open WP urgent, apply online... If you only want to have implied status, Paper base application is for you. :-)

It's better to say "most" or "almost all" ;-) because I still know some people inland who haven't received their MR's. :-)

It will take longer if you did upfront. If not and the clinic you went for ME has emedical access, it only takes 3-5 days for MyCIC to be updated, for ecas it was 7 days on my account. :-) congrats and good luck...

Let's be patient :-) I know that every application is different to each other, but there are September and October applicants still waiting for MR. Imagine how they are feeling right now, especially if they noticed that some of the November and December applicants are receiving their MR's...

If it's emedical, they will send it for you... If not, they will also send it but it's faster if you send it through Case Specific Enquiry... Congratulations! :-)
