No they will not send message about extension. We will have to show only this biometric information which we got when going for biometrics. As of now for winter 2021 they have not not announced aip. But some of them have got on 3rd sept/ 4th sept sds profiles

No your application wont be rejected. My biometrics are also expiring on 14th october but ircc has told that we dont need to contact them for extension. It will be automatically extended.
