No need to worry, they will update it when medical exams are cleared. When did you apply for visa?

I think if you get AIP then no need to take the IELTS exam again because it is your approval in principle and first thing ircc is giving AIPs to only fall intake students. AIP is not for winter intake as of now. Only some people are getting AIP for winter intake those who have deferred to...
