Checklist says that IMM 5406 should each be completed by the principal applicant, spouse, and accompanying dependants 18 years old and above. Photo requirements are just for the members included in the application. These are not the same as passport photos, make sure to follow specifications...

Hi, If I travelled for a month to another country and forgot the address where I stayed 7 years ago, what shall I do with the form IMM 5669 "list all your addresses" for the last 10 years? Since I am also filling out list of all my travels. Need help, pls. :)
