Hi, As I've mentioned, I sent them an email enquiry. :) But I only did that after a month of SP2 submission.

I did not receive any acknowledgement of SP2 either, but mine was personally handed to Manitoba office by my sponsor. What I did was, I sent them an email to inquire and they did reply.
