I understand the anxiety :) Additionally, you'll get the same "Application/Profile updated" status, say once you submitted your medical and it was passed already. And yes, just be happy about those small updates and hope for the best, soon.

Yes, it is a ghost update. Usually this happens when an officer updates or checks your file. Usually a good sign that at least somebody is working on your file.

As I stated on the previous message, use the ECA to check for status of SA. Use the application number, instead of the UCI as a reference, and use the details of the sponsor instead of the PA. That should give you a status of the SA as well as the PA.
