    1. Turnaround time is about 24-48 hours, not longer. 2. Include failed marksheets, doesn't matter to WES as long as you have cleared your exams and attained the degree.

    No offence, Rifat, but 'upsetted' is the incorrect past tense for upset. Similarly, 'I am an...'. 'I, myself' is redundant. My advice would be write as much as possible before the exam and then get feedback from those you know have done well in IELTS.
