CanOl. the ongoing FSW 2014 applications will run till the 30th of April 2015 if the caps are not filled. Express entry comes in January but does not affect the 2014 FSW if the 2014 cap is not yet filled.

Arika. You need to let us know the NOC category of FSW you are applying for. If its not a hot NOC like ICT or other popular NOCs, you can still quickly push your Bachelors ECA report and submit it with your application. but if not, you can submit now and quickly follow-up with your WES Bachelors...
