My POE was in Calgary, it was so easy all i had to do is show them the passport and nothing else. No queue no waiting! They said the LOI, university acceptance and other details were already in their network/system. Definitely easier than Toronto

I applied on 27th June too but got my visa on 21st august. May be because my course was due to start soon. They probably give priority to those, whose course starts earlier.

Tuber123, cheers for your encouraging words. I live in Chittagong and went to VFS Chittagong today. They said my passport has arrived in Dhaka today (same time as yours) so hopefully it should arrive tomorrow. Is there a visa counter foil on your passport?

Good point! My dad also told me that in Tokyo I might have to take the luggage but I didnt really take it seriosuly.

Hello I am from Bangladesh. I know that for a flight connection via US requires a transit visa. What if I transit via singapore and tokyo, will i require a transit. Are there any other countries where I will require a transit visa?
