Does anybody on this forum has or know anyone who has applied outland while being in Canada?

I have a little similar question regarding taxes. Applying inland with husband being out of status I need to file taxes for last two years. How do I put him in my tax forms as he doesn't have a SIN card. Any information is highly appreciated.

Without sounding a complete idiot may I ask what is option c? I am applying inland and still getting familiar with all the terminology regarding the whole thing.
