If you received your AOR the clock (current is 12 months) has begun and I am sure your file will be completed unless there are issues in your case or any hurdles in test clearance.

You can't. Just wait for CIC to respond with COPR, which might be probably not before Jan-2021

The trend shows they will increase the days with minor decrease in between....next week I guess it might go above 300

They are federal government workers & least bother about productivity. Had it been a private organization things would have been a lot better.

If you have got your AOR, the time clock (currently 12 months) for your case has started. Relax for now, your case will be prioritized.

I doubt that. There are members who had applied in January onwards & are still waiting even for their AOR, so I am sure PR card won't come under 6 months for sure. I will be happy if mine comes in a year as I applied in March this year.

You will be lucky if you get PR card in 6 months. As per new trend: PR Card to take 1 year Citizenship will take 2 years.

Application reached CIC on May-25 I don't have any hope to receive the new PR cards before 12 months.

Today CIC changed the processing time for PR cards to 174 days :(

I agree, AOR starts the clock. I don't think CIC will issue any AOR's for applications received from April-2020 onwards, atleast I don't expect AORs before Jan-2021. So technically don't expect citizenship process to be completed before 24 months.

Don't expect at least for next 6 months for applications to start moving. CIC site says 12 months processing time, that 12 months kick off once the AOR is issued. Looking into the current situation I don't think any AORs will be given for April-2020 & beyond months before Jan-2021. So just relax...

Send a mail (or fill online form) on cic website.

Nope - They will reject & send the application back to you once they start processing the applications - probably in 6+ months - You will be back in the queue. Better to send the whole package again immediately.
