    It might be the opposite as well. I strongly feel they are not processing anything. When people started raising this they just brought down the timelines. I didn't see any post on any forum where someone has received an AOR in last few weeks.

    Seems like CIC is no mood to work on the backlogs. In the past couple of weeks, they just issues AORs for very few applications & then they kinda paused.

    PR Card Renewal Processing as of Jul-14 came down to 132 Days. Previously on Jul-7, it was increased to 299 from 287. Seems like CIC is processing something behind the scenes.
