The best guess I can say is that different team/groups are allocated the packages received, some are quick & some are lazy. It's your luck.

I guess CIC has started processing March applicants, as we see few applications returned (which is a concern). Hopefully some AORs this week?

Stay tight, you will also get AOR. Seems like some employee groups in CIC are more proactive than others.

Nope There's a 90 day difference between the two applications. if the first application is processed, then PR card will be issued within 90 days (hopefully), I will call/send webform & request the second application to be void. If the first application is returned, then I am good. Let's see how...

Application delivered on Feb-27 received AOR today, also application delivered Mar-6 was received back due to missing stuff :( But seems like AOR for March application should start coming soon...
