Travel or Job history has no relation to how AOR's are sent. I have multiple jobs, lived in multiple countries and have several hundreds of entries in travel history. I got my AOR back in Dec, my app delivered in Sep 2020.

I haven't seen any exit records for the one's left via flight to countries other than USA. US does pre-flight inspection in Canadian airports, so exit records are shared with Canada. Same way entry to USA via land is transmitted to CBSA and they mark it as an exit record.

Depends on the what you provided in your application. If you did give them ur email, you should be getting an email correspondence for AOR. If your application is complete for any reason it may be returned to your address. You cannot update your address unless an AOR is issued by IRCC.

It may have gone to your junk/spam. check it. Have you given email as correspondence.
