Dont post date your application. You can sign and post it on the same day. IRCC may date stamp the day the application was received. Its not worth the risk just for the sake of a day or two. If they return the application, you could potentially lose 3-5 months.

If you are using Canada post, use PO box address. UPS/FedEx/Purolator use courier address.

I personally dont trust Canada post. FedEx/UPS works good.

It does not matter what the intention of your visit/stay during TRV. All temporary visa stays within the eligibility period are counted as 0.5 days for up to 365 days.
