I'm Sep 2020 applicant and in same situation. Others in Nov 2020 had their BG check done. I know a friend who has similar travel history as mine got BG done while mine is still in progress. Its anyone's guess at this point. Nothing can be done until due process takes its course.

Yup, It is so weird. Only those lotto 6/49 winners are lucky enough and the rest who applied online later are yet to receive an AOR. Worse than paper applicants!

Well, background checks are completed for many of 2020 applicants. It still shows in progress for me. not sure whats causing the delay:(

Nova Scotia is currently in lockdown. Hopefully that helps with processing online applications as employees can work remotely to process them.

Decision made is when your processing is complete. However, they are waiting for card production. You should see "Complete" Status when your card is mailed. A 4th line will be added then.

Its 4 months from the date of positive grant. By which I'm assuming that would be 4 months from the date, the "Decision made" status appear on ECAS. To get to a decision, it can be a decade or longer ;) In other words, this whole thing means nothing more than a tinkers damn!!
