Windsor office is the 2nd worst after London. I have been looking at the reports presented by @rajkamalmohanram in this post here:
https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...iting-spousal-sponsorship.697691/post-9378953

Its way too detailed document that lists all sorts of data with numbers crunching in all possible ways. I was not even able to get through to 100 pages of this massive 350 pg. document. For those interested, here is the link and if you would like to volunteer and summarize, let the OP of the post above know.

Windsor office did not invite at least 1 person for test as of Jan 2021.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, beyond words. I dont really know how they can be this way and get paid fully! Not one single applicant from 2020 was invited for test so far!

I am totally with you on this.

  1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 30, 2020.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 19, 2020.
  3. We started processing your application on January 19, 2021.

Windsor office is totally slow in processing applications

Did anyone check their status with the new tracking tool? Everything is "in progress" here

I think it is by default.

If you see on your online status, the last update on your application was on April 23 which everyone is getting.

Y'all have atleast BG completed?

I think that its being done by some other department other than cic ;) hence it gets finished fast as soon as AOR is issued(it gets started/initiated)

Initiations are being sent for other locations even for May2020 but this windsor is not sending for anyone in 2020. depressing. :(

Well, background checks are completed for many of 2020 applicants. It still shows in progress for me. not sure whats causing the delay:(

Probably this is the office with the least number of applicants and is not working at all !!!

I wish there was some way all Windsor applicants can push those lazy people to work on our applications and process them ASAP !!!
