as per tracker everything Random > sponsorship application approved or as Decision made stage without AoR.

for me i keep retry 5-6 time and and one point its work without clear browser cache. (to retry no need to reenter username and pwd. )

There is no way to request Biometric . You just have to wait until IRCC ask.

CRA will charge intrest for late payment. Your eligibility will remain same as per line 150 with IRCC.

Unfortunately no way to find out... Keep eyes on ecas status ones its available to get update on your file.
