year 2019 they have to process complete 20k application and 6 month already passed. - 6 month remaining for 2019.

IRCC will ask missing document / required document at any stage like appl. received / In process. appl. received and linked to MyCIC does not mean sent compete application. AoR is random - many have " Decision made " / "In Process "as sponsor but No AoR Yet as per Tracker.

do not count your spouse if she is not a co-signer. Formul to count family member is [Sponsor + co-signer] + [PA + Dep] in your case [1+0]+[1+0] = 2

I can linked my application to myCIC . Status is appl received in ecas for sponsors and PR. Waiting for IRCC letter before process to MIDI. Few in tracking decision made. I don't know how for quebec applicant ecas will update before going to MIDI!! Tracking link ...

I can check my ecas with UCI and file # start with "F" but unable to check ecas with receipt # start with "R"

@Vaneegill yes later IRCC will ask you to submit missing or required documents. IRCC will not return you file for sure for missing marriage or Birth certificate.
