His parents live in his house in canada and we also have to live there.plus he has 1 year Contract of this apartment in dubai that we are living in now.its expiring in march.. So can we show that?

Would his propery or mortgage papers in canada, bank balence in canada and letter from his parents living in canada that we will go back to Canada for sure would be enough to prove embassy that our intension is to go back?

U can send them letter stating same thing plus copies of new n old id and passport.they ll ask you before giving visa about updated info! And issue u visa on the latest name.
