sponsor husband out of Canada (urgent query)

Hi, my husband is a born Canadian.He applyied for my sponsirship in Jan 2013.Now in august 2014 I got request from London office for remedical and police certificate again plus updated forms of Schedule A and additional family info. My question is how long it can take now to get my visa.

Another ques is that my husband in out of Canada for last 10 months and we are living in dubai waiting to get my visa and go to Canada together. Him living outside canada would effect my case?

With him as a Canadian, he can be anywhere in the world while PR application is in process. Since he is now outside Canada, he may be asked to provide proof of intention to move back to Canada before you are approved for PR.

We are 100% sure that we are going back to Canada.but can you please tell me what proof he can give? As he cant get job letter from previous work as he left it already before leaving canada.

Would his propery or mortgage papers in canada, bank balence in canada and letter from his parents living in canada that we will go back to Canada for sure would be enough to prove embassy that our intension is to go back?

those are all good things to submit.. Just make sure that you have a solid case to return to Canada within the next 2-4 months.

Property and Mortgage are good - but does he have renters in the house? Are they moving out planning for your arrival? Show that. Job in Dubai, does he have a contract? when is the contract finished? If his contract doesn't finish for a year that could be a significant problem.

His parents live in his house in canada and we also have to live there.plus he has 1 year Contract of this apartment in dubai that we are living in now.its expiring in march.. So can we show that?
