Sorry nravipati, You can't eligible. I think you should have to reapply IELTS exam and achieve 6 band in each 4 category.

Because We can apply CELPIP exam inside Canada only. Whereas IELTS/TOFEL are globally accepted and valid by many governments of immigration.

Hence, Canadian Government earn more money through CELPIP. :)
