oh i see. yes your case is really very hard to understand. Can you not ask mpnp what particular reason? so that you can share it with us. or you may request your supporter to inquire with mpnp.who knows you can make an appeal GBU

But it s stated in their site: If the supporter is a friend or distant relative, they must not be currently supporting the settlement of another mpnp applicant, nominee or person under another Canadian Immigration Program. A CLOSE relative may support the application of more that one skilled...

If you are under GS, maybe its bec they might have sponsored a family member and a supporter cannot sponsor a friend or distant relative once he/she is already supporting 1 application.thats just my opinion
