Hi, It happened to me as well. One of the seniors here (tabs) advised me to tell my sponsor to verify with mpnp. That she did and she found out that they did not receive the email (as to why, i dont know). Since she has all her docs with her when she went to mpnp, the staff just scanned her...

Hi, I just want to share this. My aunt submitted her SP2 last October 22, 2013. But it bounced back because she compressed all the needed documents in a zipped file and MPNP does not receive zipped attachments. The next day(s) (i don't know exactly when) she emailed her SP2 to MPNP again. But...
