I filed as married.. It won't affect you, because if he's not here , they will list you as seperate until he comes here.. So when I file I just say he's not in the country and I just write a letter and is net income and that's it.

I also disagree. FAMILY ClASS APPS ARE NOT PROCESSED IN ORDER.... For example... Outland- kingston jamaica.. I seen people waiting from 2012 and its now 2014 and no delay or anything.. So I dnt think they are. Process in no order.!

They can't refuse you without an interview.. They will probably just ask you for a second police certficate because that one expired and I guess your medical is still active.. So they will maybe ask for pp at a later date.. Atleast when they ask for pp you won't have anything else to bring in...

Lol no badda get started now. Everybody case is different. So dnt pay him no mind
