Anyone with outland spouse received PPR after the arrival of eCoPR to the inland PA? Just curious how long it took for outland PPR after the inland eCoPR.

Hi @legalfalcon may I ask which date is the one that we become PR for in Canada applicants? Is that the date receiving portal invitation (first line saying "your PR application is approved"), or when we receive portal credential, or when we receive email eCOPR? This may affect the tax filing...

Any one got oversea dependent remedical passed recently? My outland spouse submitted remedical late July but still no update for a month.

That's two different issues. These "new" applicants are still under 6-month EE time frame so they are finalizing them ASAP, while ours are already exceeding their promised time, IRCC knows we are cursing them, so our cases are abandoned.

Any one who had their dependent(s) re-medical done recently and got passed? May I ask how long it took between the re-medical and "pass" in your account? Mine is 3 weeks without any update.

I would recommend you to inform them for your international trip, just in case they issue your eCOPR during your trip and that will be your nightmare.

Does "your friend" happen to know an IRCC agent/officer in person or its just information from his/her call to IRCC?

It took almost 2 weeks after my dependent finished re-medical that the status in the account changed to "submitted".

If you are keeping yourself in Canada, you will receive an email shortly saying that you are exempt from re-medical.

You one year work experience will count, but the job offer points is highly likely to be ripped off since it requires at least one year guarantee of continuous working AFTER you received your PR.
